You get the scope and the price in writing, what gets cleaned and what is left alone. Nothing starts until you say go.

The work gets done
Done by hand with the right method for each surface, with Kellan on site for the work rather than dropping off a crew.

We check it together
The job is walked with you so you see the result yourself. If something got missed, Kellan comes back and sorts it.

Shops, offices and storefronts. Clean glass changes how a place feels inside and how customers see it from the sidewalk, and it can be done before you open.
Good to know before you book
A few plain points about exterior cleaning that are worth knowing before you book with anyone, us included.
Not every mark is dirt
Glass and frames age, and some marks are mineral staining rather than grime. Those do not come off in one standard pass, and any honest cleaner will tell you that up front.
Gutters need clearing twice a year
Once after the leaves fall and again in late spring, because the oak and maple around here drop a second time. Waiting longer lets debris pack down and hold water against the trough.
Pressure should match the surface
One setting for the whole house is how siding and decking get damaged. Too much pressure forces water in behind the surface, and the problem shows up months later.
Book holiday lights early
By October if you can. Calendars fill before the first cold snap, and booking early means the lights go up in good weather instead of in a rush.
